It was a pleasure working with Tony and Chris. I purchased two investment properties in the Racine area, and they were extremely helpful with both. From identifying potential properties to finalizing the sale, they made the process much easier. They are very knowledgeable in Racine's neighborhoods and the area's history. Not only did we find the best locations to buy, we learned a lot of great history about the community, as well. In addition, they were very helpful with items such as home inspections, locating contractors, acquiring insurance, and just general guidance throughout the entire process - much of which I was unfamiliar with being new to investment properties. To start off I am I’m my early 20s and I bought my first home with the help of Tony and Chris!
